Shush was co-founded by Eddie DeCurtis and Daryl Carlough who have been thought leaders in telco business for over 30 years. Both saw an opportunity to offer mobile operators a better solution to network authentication at a global scale. We aim to not only stay ahead in the competitive race but to redefine industry standards. This is a testament to our forward-thinking strategies and the thoughtful planning that drives Shush Inc. towards achieving unmatched success.

### Eddie DeCurtis Co-Founder & CEO
Eddie is a veteran executive with over 30 years of experience driving growth and innovation in the technology and telecommunications sectors. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Shush, Eddie is at the helm of a company transforming Network Authentication, partnering with mobile network operators (MNOs) worldwide to combat mobile fraud. Under his leadership, Shush’s cloud-based solution, Sherlock, unlocks new revenue streams for MNOs by enabling seamless network authentication transactions.
Before founding Shush, Eddie was Regional CEO - Americas at Sekura.id, leading the company's expansion in the Americas and Asia. He has held senior roles at Mavenir, LivePerson, and Tyntec, consistently exceeding targets and building strong customer and partner relationships.
### Daryl Carlough Co-Founder & CFO
Daryl Carlough, Co-Founder and CFO of Shush, is a highly accomplished financial leader recognized as one of the Top 20 CFOs in the U.S. by Crunchbase and Best CFO at "The Strategist - 2024 Awards." With extensive experience in both public and private sectors, he has excelled in financial strategy, revenue generation, and capitalization, including taking a company public on the NYSE and handling over $4B in capital market transactions. Before Shush, Daryl held high-level positions at LivePerson, Gain Capital, L-1 Identity Solutions, and Ernst & Young.
Daryl holds impressive academic credentials, including a CPA, a Chartered Global Management Accountant designation, a Master of Science in Accounting, an MBA from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Stonehill College.
### Jon Morrow Chief Product Officer
Jonathan is an experienced professional focused on revenue generation and enhancing mobile user experience. With over 20 years in Product Management, including 11 years at T-Mobile USA, he has expertise in various business areas. He led advanced Carrier Network Authentication services at T-Mobile, achieving sustained growth. In addition to T-Mobile, Jon has held product leadership roles at Milwaukee Electric and Honeywell.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
### Wesam Qaqish Chief Technology Officer
Wesam Qaqish is a senior leader with expertise in corporate strategy, product alignment, and innovation for Fortune 500 companies. At TeleSign, he developed key verification and intelligence products for major enterprises like Microsoft and Meta. Previously Wesam has held roles at LegalZoom and ARAMEX.
He holds a Master’s in Computer Science from George Washington University and various professional certifications. Known for his interpersonal skills and collaborative approach, Wesam is a driving force for growth and innovation.
